During the design phase, we regularly update our Clients and ensure that design is efficient, value driven and maintained to cost. We take time to understand your specific project objectives in terms of time, cost, quality and risk, so that we can provide bespoke and informed advice in selecting the appropriate procurement route and form of contract. We prepare the tender documents, manage the tender process and prepare the contract documents.

During construction we manage costs and the supply chain to maximise the return on investment. We enforce contractual conditions and protecting our Clients interest while actively managing the budget. We prepare interim valuations, manage change and report the anticipated outturn costs on a monthly basis culminating in negotiating the final account and delivering a project to cost, programme and specification.

We ensure that our advice is always proactive and that we are not merely reporting what has happened which enables us to play our part mitigating risk.
