We have recently been appointed by Newport City Homes as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for a pilot scheme in Somerton, Newport. The remodelling and refurbishment scheme of two existing dwellings (16 Linden Road and 24 Hawthorne Avenue) will upgrade to EPC 'A' / Net Zero performance standard. The works will include a full internal and external refurbishment including the replacement of the existing render envelopes, structural augmentation of the external load bearing walls, damp remedial works, remedial works to the existing floor slabs and roof strenghthening.
The project is anticipated to commence in the Summer of 2023.
