The concrete frame sub-contractor, Thames Valley Construction (TVC), has commenced their works at Hacer Developments Biophilic Living project at 242-246 Oxford Street, Swansea. TVC commenced on site on 20th February 2023 and anticipate completing the concrete frame by 15th November 2023.
