QuantumCLS has been commissioned by Hacer Developments to provide a cost plan for the scheme known as Picton Yard Swansea. The project is a mixed-use development, providing affordable new homes and workspace alongside a community urban farm in the heart of Swansea City Centre. The project is expected to commence on site in April 2020 and complete in early 2022.
