We're thrilled to be starting work on the construction of 20 EPC 'A' flats, which will be built using Metsec construction. These homes will be energy-efficient with solar PV, EV charging points, and will not contain gas, helping Valleys to Coast to work towards their commitment to build homes that are fit for the future. The work is being carried out by Paramount, and is expected to be complete in the summer of 2024.
