QuantumCLS is delighted to announce the completion and handover for the 20-unit apartment scheme at Old Station Road, Porthcawl for Valleys to Coast, constructed by the Principal Contractor, Paramount

QuantumCLS was commissioned to act as Employers Agent and worked collaboratively with the team to overcome numerous on-site challenges particularly the very wet weather experienced at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024.

The project was handed over on the 3rd June 2024 and was delivered within the client’s development budget.
