We’re delighted to welcome Alex Pierce into the ever-growing QuantumCLS team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Alex brings with him over a decade of experience within the construction industry as well as a wide range of skills across multiple sectors, successfully delivering construction and infrastructure projects across Wales and England.
With proven expertise in commercial cost management and assurance across a broad range of projects, Alex’s skills lay in forming effective relationships within project teams, ensuring that key stakeholders understand the contractual allocation of risks and liabilities, whilst collaboratively applying commercial contractual practices in order to facilitate successful project delivery under the invariably challenging conditions presented by complex construction projects.
