QuantumCLS has been appointed by Coastal Housing Group to act as the Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor for a mixed-use development in Morriston, Swansea.
The current planning permission includes the redevelopment of site comprising the retention of two commercial units at ground floor level at 77 and 78 Woodfield Street; the provision of four flats on first and second floors and a two storey rear extension containing two flats; one detached block containing six flats; demolition of 51 Crown Street and replacement with a three storey block containing undercroft access with one maisonette above, and associated parking.
