We are delighted to be appointed by Hacer Developments Ltd for the construction of a twin-bay food grade warehouse at Withybush, Haverfordwest. The facility which is circa 66,000ft2 accommodates cold storage and future food production activities for the end user.

QuantumCLS will be acting as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the £7.5m scheme for the the Developer who will be constructing the shell & core for the end user. The scheme is expected to be on site in early 2021.
