QuantumCLS has been appointed by Valleys to Coast to act as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the £3.5m scheme at Station Yard, Porthcawl. The proposed redevelopment comprises the demolition of an existing building and the creation of 20nr affordable apartments and associated works.
