QuantumCLS is proud to be providing Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services for Newport City Homes’ regeneration plan of the Aberthaw Road/Sullivan Circle and Penkin Hill sites in the Alway area of the City.

Newport City Homes are reviewing the condition of their housing stock and considering the need for improvement of their Easiform stock across the City to provide modern places to live. The solutions will need to achieve EPC 'A' rating for energy performance as well as a desire for net zero carbon and built to DQR standards. The sites are currently occupied by three storey, Laing Easiform type apartment units, erected between the end of the first world war and the 1960's. The options of replacement or refurbishment are currently being analysed, with Modern Methods of Construction being thoroughly investigated.
