We've recently been appointed by Pembrokeshire College to act as NEC Project & Cost Manager on the proposed new engineering workshop at Haverfordwest. The scheme which is circa 1,000 sqm will allow the College to consolidate their engineering facilities onto one site. The building construction will consist of a steel portal frame, metal cladding, reinforced concrete floor, and with simple fit out for an engineering workshop facility albeit highly serviced. The scheme will also involve creating additional car parking within the existing curtilage of the college site.
Commencement on site is expected during Summer 2021.
