We have recently been appointed by Silver Crescent Developments to provide Project Management, Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services on a mixed-use scheme at Clearwater Way, Lakeside, Cardiff. The £5m project comprises the extension of an existing building creating two new floors above an existing unit to create 18 additional apartments, side extensions incorporating a new cafe (A3 use) at ground floor, refurbishment of existing commercial units, elevational treatments to premises, public realm works, highways works and other associated works.
