QuantumCLS has been appointed by Wales & West Housing to act as their Representative/Contract Administrator for a Section 106 development at Cog Road, Sully also known as Gwel Yr Ynys. The £7.4m project comprises 130 units and is split over two phases. Taylor Wimpey has commenced on site and anticipate completion in 2024.
