QuantumCLS is delighted to be appointed as Employers Agent and Cost Managers on this significant and key infrastructure project at Bristol Airport building upon the success of the successful delivery of the Passenger Transport Interchange and Multistorey Car Park in 2025.
Bristol Airport commenced the two storey Passenger Terminal Extension in November 2025 which will connect to the existing terminal and the departure gates at a cost of £30million.
The scheme is part of an overall strategy to enhance the passenger experience and remodelling and work is currently under way on the infill scheme between the existing terminal and departure gates, increasing capacity to 12 million passengers a year. Floor space will rise by almost 45%, with 17 new retail and food outlets with many premium brands and a hidden ‘speakeasy’ bar in the terminal and expanded seating.
Arrivals will gain a new domestic baggage reclaim area, an additional carousel and a 20% capacity uplift. Immigration will be upgraded with new lifts and stairs.
