A milestone has been achieved in unlocking the progress to the Executive Lounge at Bristol Airport! The new proposed Executive Lounge at Bristol Airport is now under construction and will be located where the existing external roof terrace is currently located.
The pile foundations required to create the Executive Lounge and enable it to span over the undercroft access route for airside operations have been driven. This is a major milestone for the project and its programme that required hours of planning with Bristol Airports development team, Contractor and Airside Operations.
This project is also unique as a current airside area of the airport is becoming landside. The formation of the landside area is to form a landside site compound which enables the Contractor ease of access with his subcontractors and deliveries to and from site without possible delays caused from having to go through numerous security measures prior to accessing site.
